Project Development: Objectives, Strategy and Tactics
Typically the Project Development process has one of two characteristics, either a straightforward tactical solution easily developed within a defined budget; or a broader solution involving a “menu” of tactics that can be woven into a strategic plan based on client approval and budget development. Either way clients know upfront what the Objectives, Strategy and Tactics are for the solution, the budget parameters and options, and the expected results.
Project Execution:
Once the plan is approved we execute with all the resources you’d expect from a large agency, but with a small agency’s attention to detail.
Using the digital resources available in a “flat world” we work to deliver every component your project will require, with the highest level of professional expertise; sparkling copy, exciting design (print or web), web applications that are intuitively simple to use, PR programs that get you noticed, and nearly any facet of a marketing discipline that your project requires.
